What documents do you need to prepare for the lease agreement?
Tenants are required to prepare a copy of their passport or government-issued identification for signing the lease agreement and registering their residence with the government authorities.
What is the minimum duration of the lease agreement?
Our rooms are available for rent for a minimum period of 30 days. We offer flexible rental contracts to meet your needs.
Can tenants decorate or modify the rooms?
Tenants are allowed to make additional decorations and bring in their own furniture and decorations as long as they are movable and do not permanently alter the room. However, if the decorations affect the wall color or furniture, tenants must contact us for permission to make modifications before proceeding.
How can tenants extend their lease agreement?

What is the notice period for moving out before the end of the lease agreement?
If a tenant wants to move out before the end of the lease agreement, they must notify us at least 45 days in advance. There will be no additional charges, but the monthly rent will be adjusted to reflect the actual duration of the stay. The lease agreement cannot be canceled within 45 days before the last day of the contract.
