Key Responsibilities
- Grow B2B Supply with building and service apartment owners
- Identify and win management contract with asset owners to increase inventory under management
- Negotiate terms with partners to ensure long-term growth and profitability for both parties.
- Coordinate with onboarding team to drive successful relationships
- Secure strategic partnerships with developers and leasing partner
- Engage with property developers to acquire rental property sources
- Secure partnerships with service providers catering to expats
- Launch New Products & Processes to Scale Partnership Success
- Design and launch partnership “products” (e.g., new service, onboarding process, commercial, policy)
- Pilot, measure, and iterate based on partner feedback and unit economics
Qualifications
- 3–6+ years in BD / partnerships / account management, B2B sales in hospitality, real estate, proptech, or travel.
- Exceptional relationship management: able to build trust with stakeholders at multiple levels (owners, GMs, asset managers, developer sales/project teams).
- Strong commercial negotiation skills; comfortable owning terms and closing contracts.
- Proven track record building supply partnerships (multi-unit inventory is a plus).
- Comfortable with ambiguity and startup pace; hands-on and proactive.
