Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with guests in English and Thai before, during, and after their stay
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and issues via chat and internal systems
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams
  • Support check-in and check-out processes for monthly-stay guests
  • Track and update guest requests and resolutions in internal systems
  • Ensure timely, clear, and professional guest communication
  • Escalate complex cases to Guest Service Manager when needed
  • Contribute to high guest satisfaction and positive reviews

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years experience in guest service / hospitality / customer support
  • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
  • Service-oriented, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, operations-driven environment
  • Willing to work with systems, SOPs, and structured processes
