Key Responsibilities
- Own and lead interior design direction & branding across all properties
- Manage and develop the interior design team
- Define and maintain design standards, material palette, and styling guidelines
- Review and approve design proposals, inspections, and appendices
- Coordinate with Operations, Onboarding, and Procurement teams
- Source, negotiate, and manage suppliers and contractors
- Control design budgets and ensure cost efficiency
- Ensure final room quality meets brand and guest experience standards
Qualifications
- 7+ years experience in interior design
- Previous experience in a manager / lead role
- Strong branding, space planning, and cost-control skills
- Proven ability to manage people and projects
- Strong supplier network and negotiation skills
