Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing: Create and copywrite engaging content across digital channels. Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive online engagement. Leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize marketing performance.
- Website, Listings & Communication Channels: Own and continuously improve the look, feel, and performance of the company website, property listings, and key online guest communication channels to increase conversion and ensure a consistent brand experience.
- Brand Development: Support the build and maintenance of a strong, differentiated brand identity that reflects company values. Develop compelling content that educates, engages, and inspires the target audience. Ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing materials.
- Offline Marketing: Implement traditional marketing initiatives including print materials, events, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility and extend reach beyond digital channels.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in hospitality or real estate
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, particularly social media and content
- Strong copywriting skills in both English and Thai
- Sharp visual eye with attention to detail (layout, spacing, color, and consistency)
- Proficient in content creation and graphic design tools
- Self-motivated, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude
