Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Brand Development

  • Define clear marketing objectives, target markets, and brand positioning
  • Build and maintain a distinctive brand identity that sets the company apart
  • Create compelling content that resonates with and educates target audiences

Digital & Offline Marketing Execution

  • Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, and booking platform marketing across internal teams and external vendors
  • Own and manage the content calendar to engage diverse customer segments
  • Apply data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance
  • Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives, events, and strategic partnerships

Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization

  • Design and run targeted lead generation campaigns to attract renters and property owners
  • Optimize listings and marketing strategies to improve conversion rates
  • Monitor digital engagement metrics and ensure smooth handoffs to the sales team

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in marketing within a high-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge in SEO, SEM, and digital marketing.
  • Understanding of customer personas and creating unique values
  • Experience in hospitality or real estate
  • Strong visual taste and an eye for detail (layout, spacing, color, consistency)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with a results-driven mindset.
