Sontana.co is a monthly apartment rental platform dedicated to transforming the rental experience. We specialize in offering fully-equipped serviced apartments, designed to provide comfort and style, while helping our property partners maximize their income and minimize hassle.
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Analysis
- Analyze property performance data including occupancy, revenue, booking trends, and channel mix
- Identify opportunities and issues across properties and share actionable insights with relevant teams
- Investigate performance changes and provide practical recommendations
2. Pricing Support
- Gather and analyze external market and demand data to inform pricing decisions
- Work closely with the pricing team to evaluate strategies and suggest improvements
3. Reporting & Dashboards
- Build and maintain dashboards for management and property owners
- Present data clearly to support decision-making at all levels
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across all reports
4. Tools & Process Improvement
- Own and improve pricing tools used by property partner and reservations teams
- Reduce manual work through automation and process improvements
- Help teams work more efficiently with data
5. Data Quality
- Ensure data accuracy and standardization across CRM and operational systems
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or gaps
Qualifications
- 3 – 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or commercial analytics
- Strong proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience building dashboards and reports using tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or Airtable
- Comfortable working with performance, pricing, sales, or operations data
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
- Good communication skills, able to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
- Experience in hospitality, real estate, travel, or marketplace businesses
- Familiarity with pricing or revenue management tools
- Basic SQL or scripting skills (Python, Google Apps Script, etc.)
